Bifrost's BFC token has made its debut on Upbit, one of South Korea's leading cryptocurrency exchanges. The platform now offers two new trading corridors for the native token: KRW (Korean Won) and USDT (a dollar-pegged stablecoin). These pairs allow investors to buy and sell BFC directly with Korean currency or USDT.

The listing on Upbit was scheduled for September 10, 2026, at 13:45 Korea Standard Time. Before the launch, the exchange estimated a reference level of 0.00000015 BTC for BFC, equivalent to 15.96 won and 0.1788 USDT.

Upbit has imposed temporary order restrictions on the new pairs. For example, buy orders were unavailable for five minutes after trading opened, and sell orders priced more than 10% below the previous closing level faced a restriction. These controls aim to reduce disorderly trading during the opening period.
