Dogecoin co-founder Billy Markus reminisced about his favorite crypto experience on social media platform X. In response to a prompt from iTrustCapital, a crypto retirement platform, he mentioned buying a ride in The Boring Company's Vegas Loop using DOGE back in 2022.

The original price of a single ride was $1.50, while a day pass cost $2.50. Markus' comment highlights the real-world utility of Dogecoin and its appeal to users.

Markus posted as Shibetoshi Nakamoto on X, referencing The Boring Company's decision to accept DOGE payments through BitPay in 2022. Elon Musk also supported this payment option at the time, stating that he would support Dogecoin wherever possible.
