Binance Affiliates Sue RedotPay Co-Founders for Nearly $473 Million
Binance-affiliated companies have filed a lawsuit against RedotPay's co-founders for nearly $473 million in damages.
The suit alleges that RedotPay diverted over 470,000 users from Binance Card by allowing them to fund the firm's payment cards through Binance Pay outside of an existing commercial agreement.
The plaintiffs calculated the claimed damages using a lifetime customer value of $925 for each allegedly diverted user.
The dispute comes after Binance ended its support for RedotPay in April 2026, citing a review of merchant partners.
