Binance's affiliates are suing RedotPay founders for nearly $473 million in damages. The lawsuit, filed by Nest Trading, Distributed Technologies Ltd., and Chaintecs Consulting Singapore, alleges that RedotPay diverted over 470,000 users from Binance Card through Binance Pay outside of an existing agreement.

The plaintiffs claim a lifetime customer value of $925 for each allegedly diverted user. This calculation puts the total damages at around $473 million.

The dispute centers on an alleged breach of contract by RedotPay, which had been expanding its presence in crypto payments and preparing for a possible public listing. Binance ended its support for RedotPay in April 2026, citing a review of merchant partners.
