Binance Arbitration Ruling Vacated Amid Crypto Laundering Claims

A federal judge in Florida has vacated a ruling that required arbitration for proposed class claims alleging Binance laundered stolen cryptocurrency.

The decision came after a ruling from the Eleventh Circuit found that individuals who filed their actions did not have contractual relationships with the exchange.

This means that Binance cannot force these parties into arbitration, and they will instead be able to pursue their claims in court.
