Binance Blocks Trading with 11 Crypto Platforms Amid Regulatory Crackdown
Binance has announced that it will suspend trading for 11 crypto platforms starting August 23, 2026. The exchange cited recent regulatory developments across the crypto industry as the reason for this move.
The affected platforms include HTX (Huobi), Rapira, EXMO, Exnode, and seven other providers. Binance warned that transactions made with these platforms may be subject to an investigation for compliance, which could lead to blocking wallets during the audit.
The measures are being implemented in phases, with the first group affected on August 7, followed by a second group on August 13, and the largest group starting on August 23. Binance emphasized that users should not directly or indirectly send funds to, receive funds from, or transact through these platforms after their respective effective dates.
Binance also stated that transactions made after the specified dates may be subject to compliance reviews, and affected wallets could be prohibited during the investigation. The exchange urged users to verify the destination before transferring crypto, especially on exchanges, brokers, or payment processors subject to the new restrictions.
