Binance Bolsters Compliance Ranks with Crypto.com Hires

Binance Holdings Ltd has strengthened its compliance team by hiring two senior executives from Crypto.com. Antonio Alvarez, who had been leading Crypto.com's compliance operation until recently, will join Binance as deputy to Chief Compliance Officer Noah Perlman.

The move comes amid ongoing regulatory scrutiny and a number of staff departures at the exchange. Alvarez's appointment is seen as an effort to bolster Binance's compliance ranks in light of these challenges.
