Binance bStocks Surpass Half Billion Dollars in Assets Amid Earnings Trading Boom
Binance's bStocks product is gaining traction among investors who want to trade US stocks on a blockchain, without waiting for traditional market hours. Since its launch on June 11, 2026, bStocks have grown from $5.6 million in assets to over $500 million by July 28, 2026.
bStocks are BEP-20 tokens backed one-to-one by real US shares held at a regulated custodian. This allows for continuous trading on Binance's platform, including weekends and after hours when traditional markets are closed.
The data shows that roughly 62% of bStocks trading volume in July 2026 happened outside standard US market hours, with over $930 million worth of trades executed during this time. This means that retail investors in Singapore or São Paulo can respond to earnings announcements from US tech giants at the same speed as hedge fund traders in New York.
