Binance's Bitcoin reserves have reached a six-month high, according to on-chain data from CryptoQuant. This increase marks a notable shift from a period when BTC supply on the exchange was relatively constrained.

CryptoQuant contributor ArabxChain highlighted the development, noting that Binance's Bitcoin holdings have risen to levels not seen since February. The metric, which tracks the total amount of Bitcoin held in exchange wallets, is closely watched by traders as an indicator of potential selling pressure.

A higher balance may indicate that holders are moving coins to sell, while a lower balance often suggests accumulation and long-term holding.
