Binance Charity Contributes INR 3.3 Crore to Assam Flood Relief Efforts
Binance's philanthropic arm, Binance Charity, donated INR 3.3 Crore (USD 350,000) to Goonj's Rahat Initiative for Assam flood relief efforts.
The funds will provide emergency support to families in 349 flood-hit villages across seven districts in Assam, including Golaghat, Sivasagar, Charaideo, Bajali, Dhemaji, Sonitpur, and Jorhat.
'Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the devastating floods,' said SB Seker, Head of APAC at Binance. 'By working with Goonj's Rahat Initiative, we hope our contribution will provide urgent relief on the ground.'
