Binance Completes 198 Service Upgrades After Reviewing Over 2,300 User Feedback Cases
Binance, the global cryptocurrency exchange, has completed 198 service and feature upgrades in the first half of 2026. The company reviewed 2,354 pieces of user feedback and strengthened user protection and transaction stability across various areas.
The upgrades included improving transaction safety and dispute resolution in P2P services, enhancing chat and messaging features, and redesigning the user interface for Binance Wallet.
Binance aims to expand its services into everyday financial activities, including stablecoins, traditional financial products, stocks, payments, cards, fiat deposits and withdrawals, savings, and rewards. The company views compliance as core infrastructure for protecting users' assets and trading environment.
