Binance Data Obtained in Mir Raza Ali Murder Case as Investigation Continues
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has obtained six months' worth of Binance and cryptocurrency data related to Mir Raza Ali's case. The data was collected as part of the investigation into the 25-year-old businessman's death, which occurred on July 28 after he went missing.
The information has been shared with the investigation committee and judicial commission. Police have asked the NCCIA to analyze the records and explain the Binance transactions in simple terms, hoping that it will provide a digital trail to help solve the case.
The agency has technical experts who can examine the data, including Binance transactions made each day during the six-month period. Investigators want to determine how many cryptocurrency transactions were made daily, which could potentially lead them to new leads in the case.
