Binance Delists Pax Dollar Stablecoin and Closes Withdrawal Option
Binance has announced that it will be delisting and removing the Pax Dollar stablecoin (USDP) from its platform. The exchange is winding down all services related to USDP in stages, including lending, yield products, payment functions, and eventually deposits and withdrawals.
The deadline for withdrawing USDP from Binance for users outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) is November 24, 2026 at 03:00 UTC. For EEA users, spot trading ended on September 24, 2025, and Convert will close on the same day this year.
USDP is a US dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by Paxos. The exchange has been gradually shutting down services related to USDP since September 10, with one-click buy and sell functions ending at 03:00 UTC, margin lending at 06:00 UTC, and Binance Pay and mining pool at 07:00 UTC.
By November 24, any remaining USDP balances on Binance will be subject to the exchange's discretion. EEA users were unable to trade USDP since March 31, 2025, due to regulatory compliance with MiCA, but holding, depositing, withdrawing, and Convert functions remained available.
