Binance Delists Six Tokens Amid Ongoing Platform Cleanup
Binance has announced that it will delist six tokens from its platform by August 17, 2026. The affected assets are Across Protocol (ACX), Hashflow (HFT), PIVX, Vulcan Forged PYR, Vanar (VANRY), and Viction (VIC). Binance's notice confirms the delisting but does not provide a specific reason for removing these tokens.
The exchange has stated that it regularly evaluates listed assets and removes those that are underperforming or no longer meet its standards. In some cases, Binance may choose to support a token's contract swap plan, as it did with Vanar. However, the reasons behind the delisting of the other five tokens remain unclear.
The delisting will have significant implications for traders holding these assets on Binance. Deposits of the affected tokens will no longer be credited after August 18, while withdrawals remain open until October 17. Traders may see shifts in trading volumes and should adjust their portfolios accordingly as holders reposition before the deadline.
