Binance Delists Six Tokens Amid Ongoing Review Process
Binance announced on August 3 that it will remove six tokens from spot trading on its platform. The affected assets are Across Protocol (ACX), Hashflow (HFT), PIVX, Vulcan Forged PYR (PYR), Vanar (VANRY), and Viction (VIC). Binance stated that the removal is part of its periodic review process, which assesses liquidity, development activity, network safety, team conduct, transparency, tokenomics, and regulatory changes.
The delisting will take place on August 17 at 03:00 UTC. However, futures positions for the affected assets will be settled on August 7. Token withdrawals remain available until October 17. Binance emphasized that users should not rely solely on the exchange's support for token migrations, citing Vanar's Base migration as an example.
Vanar holders must use their own portal to complete the migration process. The exchange will not provide automatic conversion services. Binance has also warned users about unsolicited messages and advised them to ignore links distributed through unverified channels.
