Binance Expands bStocks Platform with 10 New Tokenized Stocks
The Binance cryptocurrency exchange has expanded its bStocks platform by adding 10 new tokenized stocks, bringing the total to over 20 available for trading. The latest additions include Apple, Amazon, Applied Materials, Bloom Energy, Dell, Fluence Energy, Goldman Sachs, and PayPal, as well as two semiconductor ETFs.
The bStocks are BEP-20 tokens on the BNB Smart Chain, which can be transferred to any compatible cryptocurrency wallet without being tied to a single brokerage firm. The tokens integrate with the BEP-677 standard, providing native support for Real World Assets (RWAs) on the BNB Smart Chain.
The new tokenized stocks can be traded against Tether (USDT), but users can also purchase them using Bitcoin (BTC) and other supported cryptocurrencies through the Binance Convert feature with no conversion fees. The exchange has also waived maker fees for all bStock trading pairs until August 31st.
