Binance has expanded its futures offerings by launching perpetual contracts for PONS (PONS) and Hajimi. The contracts, which settle in USDT, allow traders to take leveraged positions without owning the underlying tokens.

The PONSUSDT contract opened at 06:45 UTC on September 6, while the HajimiUSDT contract followed shortly after at 07:15 UTC. Both products have a minimum order requirement of one token with a notional value of at least 5 USDT.

Binance's announcement was met with significant price increases for both assets, with PONS rising approximately 24% daily and Hajimi jumping about 248%. The launches followed sharp price increases for both tokens in the days leading up to the futures launch.
