Binance Launches Tokenized-Security Pairs Tied to Salesforce and Hims & Hers
Binance, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges, has added two new tokenized-security pairs to its Spot trading platform. The products, known as bStocks, are tied to Salesforce and Hims & Hers Health, and will be available in USDT pairs starting at 12:00 UTC on September 9.
The exchange has identified the products as CRMB and HIMSB bStocks and says withdrawals will open one hour later. Binance plans to offer CRMB/USDT and HIMSB/USDT first, with Spot algorithmic trading bots activating at launch and rebalancing bots expected within 24 hours.
Users will also be able to exchange bStocks against BTC, USDT, and other supported tokens through Binance Convert. The exchange is pairing the launch with temporary fee incentives, including zero maker fees for the two USDT markets from September 9 to 30, and no fees on Convert transactions.
Binance classifies bStocks as certificates representing specified financial instruments, rather than company shares. Holders do not directly own Salesforce or Hims & Hers shares, but can convert their holdings one-to-one into the corresponding bStock without a conversion fee.
