Binance Opens Its Doors to Autonomous Trading with Agent OS
Binance has launched Agent OS, allowing AI agents to access its infrastructure and perform various tasks on behalf of users. This new platform enables tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor to view account information, monitor trades, and execute certain payments.
With Agent OS, users can assign permissions and limit the actions of their AI agents. They can also create a sub-account for automated trading, isolating funds from their main account.
Binance has been preparing this ground since January, when its wallet launched several AI tools to analyze the crypto market. The new platform takes it a step further by allowing AI agents to access account information and place orders.
Agent OS is not limited to trading; agents can also interact with Binance's payment tools and certain on-chain services. This enables users to entrust multiple steps to their AI, such as monitoring the market, verifying accounts, and executing operations within set limits.
