Binance Places ACX, LSK, and STX Under Delisting Risk
Three cryptocurrencies, ACX, LSK, and STX, are now at risk of being removed from Binance due to heightened operational and market risks. The exchange added these tokens to its Monitoring Tag on July 24, which indicates a higher level of volatility and risk compared to other listed assets.
The presence of the Monitoring Tag is not an automatic removal, but rather a warning that the tokens may no longer meet Binance's listing criteria. If the projects fail to meet operational standards during regular reviews, they could be delisted from the platform.
Following the announcement, market valuations for all three tokens plummeted before recovering some losses. LSK dropped to an all-time low of $0.074 on Binance, while STX reached its weakest valuation since late 2020 at $0.143. ACX also declined significantly, reaching a low of $0.035.
Binance previously applied the Monitoring Tag to other projects that were subsequently removed from the platform, including Beefy.Finance (BIFI), Measurable Data Token (MDT), and FIO Protocol (FIO). The exchange warned investors that tokens with the Monitoring Tag are at risk of no longer meeting their listing criteria.
