Binance Pushes Back Against Data Anomalies Reported by Coinglass and DefiLlama

Binance has responded to market concerns over anomalies in on-chain data reported by third-party trackers Coinglass and DefiLlama.

The exchange attributed the discrepancies to unvalidated data from external sources, referencing a past incident where Coinglass showed $21.75 billion outflows that contradicted DefiLlama's $900 million inflows in October 2025.

DefiLlama's data has frequently countered such claims, showing net inflows for Binance. The exchange encouraged users to verify their holdings directly and suggested regular withdrawal tests across platforms.

Binance directed users to its proof-of-reserves page for personal asset checks and pointed to CoinMarketCap for total balances. For platform flows, it recommended OKLink.
