Binance Restricts 11 Crypto Platforms Amid Growing Regulatory Scrutiny
Binance has announced plans to restrict transactions involving 11 cryptocurrency platforms on August 23. The move comes as regulators around the world continue to strengthen oversight of digital assets, particularly those linked to sanctions compliance.
The restrictions will affect Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto, Tradex, Monease, BitPapa, Exnode, HTX (also known as Huobi Global SA), and EXMO Ltd. These platforms have already been identified by European authorities as potential entities used to circumvent existing sanctions.
The decision reflects a broader trend across the digital-asset industry, where regulators are increasingly focusing on the infrastructure surrounding cryptocurrency rather than individual users or suspicious wallet addresses.
