Binance has restricted transactions for 16 platforms in three stages due to recent regulatory developments. The restriction stands out as a halt on processing transactions linked to specific platforms, rather than a delisting of crypto assets from Binance.

The exchange announced that the decision was made following recent regulatory changes, but did not share specific details regarding the nature of these changes. The restrictions are coming into effect on three different dates: August 7 for Shelbit and Aban Tether Exchange, August 13 for A7 Nigeria, A7 Africa, and PilotFinance Ltd, and August 23 for an additional 11 platforms.

The list announced by Binance for August 23 includes Rapira, Aifory Pro (also known as Sooty Ltd.), ABCeX (Nueva Cryptologia S.A.S de C.V.), WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto, Tradex, Monease, BitPapa, Exnode (Exnode Pay Arvix), HTX (Huobi Global SA), and EXMO Ltd. Binance warned that transactions attempted in connection with these platforms after the effective dates could be subject to a compliance review.
