Binance Restricts Transactions With 17 Cryptocurrency Platforms Amid Regulatory Developments
Binance has halted transactions with 17 cryptocurrency platforms across multiple jurisdictions due to regulatory developments.
The restrictions, implemented in phases, affect entities operating in countries including Nigeria, UAE, Iran, UK, and Europe.
A total of 17 entities are affected by the restrictions, which took effect on various dates between August 7 and 23. The platforms include Shelbit, Aban Tether Exchange, A7 Nigeria, A7 Africa, PilotFinance Ltd, Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, Tradex, NoOnecrypto INC., Monease Ltd, BitPapa, Exnode, Exnode Pay, HTX, and EXMO Ltd.
Binance warns users against directly or indirectly sending funds to the affected entities, stating that such transactions may trigger compliance reviews and wallet restrictions. The company emphasizes the need to comply with regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions and maintain a secure environment for its users and their assets.
