Binance Sees Renewed Stablecoin Activity Amid Market Downtrend

Stablecoin deposits on Binance are experiencing renewed activity in July, according to CryptoQuant data. The exchange saw roughly 12,000 ERC20 stablecoin deposit transactions, following several sharp spikes recorded throughout the month.

CryptoQuant researcher Rei described the current deposit level as 'active but not explosive.' Transaction counts have remained steady after the July spikes faded, with a slower pace compared to earlier peaks.

Rei noted that it's still too early to call this a clear inflow surge. The data instead points to a gradual and uneven return of stablecoin liquidity onto the platform.

The current uptick in deposits on Binance may signal that some traders are positioning for upcoming trading windows or buying opportunities, but overall demand needs to show clearer improvement before any recovery narrative can be confirmed.
