Binance is suing three RedotPay co-founders for $472.8 million over an alleged breach of contract and user diversion.

The exchange claims that RedotPay diverted more than 470,000 Binance users to its card service, with around $304 million moving from Binance Pay into RedotPay's ecosystem.

The dispute centers on a partnership agreement signed in March 2025, which allowed RedotPay to access Binance users and expand payment services through its network.

Binance alleges that RedotPay exceeded the agreed-upon terms by allowing Binance Pay funds to load RedotPay prepaid cards without separation.
