Binance Unleashes Wave of Service Enhancements
Binance has made significant improvements to its services in the first half of this year. According to the exchange, it carried out 198 feature enhancements across 47 service areas, including peer-to-peer (P2P) trading and wallet verification.
The changes were largely driven by user feedback, with Binance receiving over 2,300 feedback items from users worldwide between January and June this year. Key areas for improvement included P2P services, the chat function, and account navigation.
One notable enhancement was the introduction of safeguards to the payment process in the P2P service, as well as an appeal function that allows sellers to request a review or deletion of unfair reviews. The chat function also saw improvements, including more stable message delivery and optimised notifications.
Binance Wallet's user interface was revamped to provide clearer confirmation of redemption methods, while addressing issues with loading and freezing during account and know-your-customer (KYC) processes. Additionally, Binance is expanding its services linked to everyday life, with Binance Pay connected to national payment systems in six countries and plans to expand to 10 by the third quarter.
