Binance Unveils Agent OS Platform for Secure Integration of AI Agents
Binance has launched Agent OS, its latest developer platform aimed at connecting AI agents to its financial infrastructure. This initiative falls under Binance's broader Intelligence program and allows users to integrate external AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor with specific permissions.
User-controlled permissions are a key aspect of Agent OS, enabling granular control over agent actions such as trading and data access. The platform utilizes the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for standardized integration and segregates funds within dedicated subaccounts to enhance risk management.
Binance emphasizes that while it monitors trading activity generated by agents, it does not have access to their internal logic or workflow. This move is part of Binance's efforts to expand its services through innovative technologies and user-centric solutions.
