Binance Unveils Agent OS to Connect AI Apps to Financial Infrastructure
Binance has introduced Agent OS, a developer platform that connects AI applications to its financial infrastructure. The new platform is built as part of Binance Intelligence, a strategic initiative for AI-powered products and experiences.
Agent OS provides a standardized access layer that enables developers to build connected financial applications and AI agents. It supports both ready-made integrations and users' own AI agents, allowing them to authorize agents to access market data, view account information, and perform trading activities subject to configured permissions and limits.
The platform brings together Binance APIs, Binance Wallet Agentic Hub, Binance x402 (programmable payments), Binance Skill Hub, and newly introduced support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP). MCP is an open standard that enables compatible AI applications to connect to and use external tools.
