Binance.US Slashes Fees to Zero for All Users, Takes Aim at Rivals
Binance.US has made a significant move to undercut its competitors in the US market by slashing spot trading fees for all users. The change applies to all users, regardless of their trading volume, account size, or subscription tier.
The platform has removed maker fees entirely and set taker fees at 0.02% on every spot trading pair it lists. This is a significant reduction from its previous structure, where the exchange only offered zero-fee trading on a limited number of Bitcoin pairs.
Binance.US CEO Stephen Gregory said that the decision reflects a deliberate effort to compete on cost in the US market. He stated, 'American crypto traders have been paying too much for too long.'
