Binance User's Account Restricted After Small Payment Rejected

A Binance user has reported that their account was restricted after a $4 payment through BNB Smart Chain was rejected. The customer, posting under the name 'aliabd222' in Binance's Reddit community, said the account had been open for almost five years and had completed hundreds of transactions without previous problems.

The issue began on Aug. 7, and the customer found that withdrawals were disabled for 24 hours after the rejected transaction. When access was not restored after that period, Binance support reportedly said the account may have violated the platform's terms and had been placed under review.

The estimated completion date provided to the customer was around Sept. 18, which would leave more than a month between the rejected transaction and the expected end of the review. The customer said recovering the roughly $3,500 held in the account was the priority rather than continuing to use Binance.
