Binance Warns Against Scam Investment Scheme on WeChat

Binance co-founders Yi He and Changpeng Zhao (CZ) recently issued warnings about highly active WeChat groups impersonating Binance and CZ, which were promoting a scam investment scheme.

The scam used names of the exchange and its founder to advertise an alleged crypto investment opportunity with daily returns ranging from 0.6% to 1.5% in BNB.

CZ confirmed that he has not used WeChat for several years, and Yi He urged users to remain alert to fraud, particularly in groups claiming to represent official Binance communities.
