Binance Wins Third Consecutive Recognition from Thailand's Cybercrime Unit
Binance and its joint venture Binance TH in Thailand have been recognized by the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) of Thailand's Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), Royal Thai Police, for the third consecutive year.
The recognition was presented during TCSD's 17th anniversary ceremony in Bangkok. Akbar Akhtar, Senior Regional Advisor for Asia-Pacific at Binance, and Nirun Fuwattananukul CFA, CEO of Binance TH by Gulf Binance, attended the event.
Pol. Col. Watcharapan Siripak, Deputy Commander of TCSD, said that this recognition reflects the strength of their partnership with Binance and Binance TH, which has delivered tangible results for Thai law enforcement in their mission to protect the public from cyber threats.
Nirun Fuwattananukul CFA emphasized that protecting users requires strict AML controls and tight teamwork with law enforcement. Earning this recognition for the third straight year proves Binance TH's commitment to Thailand's digital asset space, he said.
