Bitari Files $30M IPO in Pursuit of Nasdaq Listing

Bitari, a Texas-based Bitcoin mining and hosting provider, has filed an initial public offering (IPO) application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company plans to offer approximately 4.286 million shares at an estimated $7 per share, targeting a raise of about $30 million.

Bitari aims to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker BIAI. According to its IPO filing, the company's implied valuation at the proposed price comes to approximately $302 million.

The firm builds and operates infrastructure for BTC mining and other compute-intensive workloads, covering energy sourcing, data-center facilities, machine hosting, and maintenance. Bitari currently runs two operating sites in Texas and has one contracted facility in Indiana, with plans to expand into additional North American markets.

The company intends to use the IPO proceeds for strategic acquisitions and investments, infrastructure expansion, research and development in energy-efficient computing, and general corporate purposes.
