Bitcoin and Ether ETFs Draw Record Inflows Amid Price Rallies
Bitcoin and Ether ETFs have attracted massive inflows in recent weeks. For the week ending August 28, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw net inflows of $924.5 million, while spot Ether ETFs drew around $824 million.
This surge is not a one-off event; it follows an even larger prior week when Bitcoin ETFs attracted $1.92 billion and Ether ETFs collected $697 million.
BlackRock's IBIT dominated the Bitcoin side with $938.3 million in inflows, while BlackRock's ETHA led inflows among competing Ether products.
A notable exception was a single day when Bitcoin ETFs posted an outflow of $201.9 million, snapping a nine-day positive streak that had pushed the running total past $3 billion.
