Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs Score $2.6 Billion Inflow in Biggest Week Since October
Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) drew a combined $2.6 billion last week, their biggest weekly intake since October 2025.
The inflows were led by Bitcoin ETFs, which captured $1.92 billion of the sum, while Ethereum funds added $697.18 million. This is the largest weekly intake for both asset classes in over nine months.
Bitcoin products recorded five consecutive days of net inflows from August 17 to August 21, including a single-day haul of $606 million on August 20. The week's trading activity was brisk, with weekly volume in BTC funds reaching $22.15 billion, triple the prior week's total.
However, despite the recent surge, both Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs are still on track for their first losing year since launch, having shed $2.91 billion and $177.93 million respectively this year.
