Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs See $2.6 Billion Inflow in Strongest Week Since October 2025
U.S. spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs have seen a significant influx of institutional demand after months of inconsistent inflows, according to recent data.
The combined net inflows for the two categories reached approximately $2.6 billion during the five trading days ending August 21, their strongest week since October 2025.
Bitcoin funds took in about $1.92 billion, while spot Ethereum ETFs added roughly $697 million, with both categories posting their best weekly inflow totals of 2026.
The turnaround was swift, with the money arriving during a sharp crypto rally instead of after it was already over.
Bitcoin and Ethereum prices surged by around 24% to 28% during the week, with Bitcoin briefly moving above $79,000 on Friday.
