Bitcoin Bancorp (OTC: BCBC) has acquired approximately 2,500 Bitcoin ATMs from the Chapter 11 bankruptcy estate of defunct company Bitcoin Depot for $620,750. This works out to roughly $250 per machine.

The kiosks came with between $110,500 and $110,500 worth of digital assets and intellectual property rights. The acquisition closed in early September 2026.

Bitcoin Bancorp's purchase more than triples its existing kiosk inventory, which it had already grown to over 1,000 units through a previous acquisition in late 2025.

The company currently carries a market capitalization of around $18.5 million and holds two US patents related to Bitcoin ATM technology.
