Bitcoin Bounces Back Above $79K as XMR Surges Past $500
Bitcoin's price has rebounded sharply after dipping below $77,000 due to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. However, this dip was short-lived as the cryptocurrency quickly regained its footing and is now trading close to $79,000 again.
XMR has emerged as a top performer, surging by almost 10% to over $520. In contrast, other large-cap altcoins such as ETH, BNB, and XRP are struggling to recover from their recent losses.
The cumulative market cap of all crypto assets has recovered over $50 billion since this morning's low and is up to $2.7 trillion on CG.
