Bitcoin Breaks Above $75K Resistance as Technical Indicators Turn Bullish
Bitcoin (BTC) has broken above its nine-month downtrend and reclaimed the $75K resistance area, marking a significant shift in momentum. The price is currently trading around $75,225, up over 8.3% in value, with a 24-hour trading volume of $60.27 billion.
The breakout has intensified pressure on short sellers, with liquidations adding to market volatility. However, if buyers can absorb the overhead supply, Bitcoin could enter a new price-discovery phase, making the $75.7K level an important zone for the next stage of its momentum.
Technical indicators are also bullish, with the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) line above the signal line and a large gap between them. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) value is at 93, indicating an extreme overbought state that may precede a temporary exhaustion point.
The next significant supply cluster appears around $83,307-$84,569, where 1 million BTC previously changed hands. If Bitcoin decisively clears $75,733, this level could become a target for the asset.
