Bitcoin Breaks Past $81K as Analysts Eye Next Resistance Zone

Bitcoin has broken past $81,000 for the first time in recent sessions, up 4.8% over the past 24 hours.

The move comes after a period of uncertainty surrounding Bitcoin's weekly chart, which showed signs of rejection near $80,000 just a day earlier.

Analysts had been watching closely as price approached the 50-week moving average, but Thursday's rally pushed it above this zone.

The daily chart shows a 'busted pattern,' where Bitcoin briefly broke out of its recent trading range before slipping back inside. This can signal strong underlying momentum, but only confirms a trend shift if price goes on to clear resistance and reach the upside target near $90,000.

Looking ahead, the next level to watch is the $82,000 to $83,000 range. A clean break above this zone would support continued gains, while a stall could form a bearish divergence, raising the risk of a sharper pullback potentially back toward $70,000.
