Bitcoin Bull Market Confirmed by Three Key Signals: Analyst
Crypto analyst Ali Martinez believes that the Bitcoin bull market has arrived, citing three historical signals on the monthly chart that have consistently aligned with major cycle bottoms.
The first signal is a TD Sequential buy on Bitcoin's monthly chart, which flagged the 2022 market bottom. The second signal is Bitcoin trading near its 50-month simple moving average, a multi-year support level that has repeatedly marked major bottoms since 2014.
Additionally, the Chande Momentum Oscillator resetting to negative 71 is also seen as a bullish sign, as it appeared in June when Bitcoin fell toward $57,000. According to Martinez, this combination of signals suggests a macro bottom may already be in place for Bitcoin.
Looking at the charts, Bitcoin is forming a cup and handle pattern off the June low with the handle currently compressing at $64,813. A daily close above $65,000 would trigger the pattern, projecting a 13% move toward $72,500 on a confirmed breakout.
