Bitcoin Bulls Eye $74K as Inverse Head-and-Shoulders Pattern Takes Shape
The Bitcoin price remains steady at $64,498, but investors are keeping an eye on its momentum and potential breakouts. According to crypto analyst Ali Martinez, a bullish reversal pattern is forming that could propel the price to $74,000.
Martinez believes that the inverse head-and-shoulders formation, which typically indicates a bullish trend, will be confirmed once Bitcoin surpasses the $66,500 level. This would validate the existing uptrend and set the stage for further gains.
However, the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator suggests that the upward momentum is weakening, with a negative histogram indicating less strong buying pressure. If demand does not pick up, Bitcoin could test the $60,000 level or even consolidate in place.
