Bitcoin Bulls Eye $84,569 as On-Chain Conditions Improve
Bitcoin's recent price rally has gained momentum as on-chain conditions improve. The rebound from its summer consolidation period pushed BTC price towards an area where overhead supply had previously been relatively thin.
Around $61,849 and $63,111, a solid support level had been established prior to the recent price increase. Over two million BTC had been traded in this region, indicating high demand from holders.
According to URPD data, limited overhead resistance exists beyond $75,733. Analyst Ali Martinez predicts that clearing this level could open up Bitcoin's path towards the 83,307-84,569 supply zone, where roughly one million BTC had previously changed hands.
The MVRV ratio has strengthened vertically following its recent downturn, with a reversal similar to those seen around significant cycle bottoms. This recovery comes at a time when Bitcoin had already rallied off its June lows, improving the significance of the valuation recovery in the broader market structure.
