Bitcoin Bulls Eye $84,569 as Overhead Supply Thins Out
Bitcoin's recent price rebound has gained momentum, bolstered by improving on-chain conditions and solid support levels. Prior to the current rally, over two million BTC had been traded in a specific area, generating high demand from holders.
According to analyst Ali Martinez, limited overhead resistance exists beyond $75,733, leaving Bitcoin with significantly lower historical supply before the next major concentration. Martinez predicts that clearing this level could open up the path towards the 83,307-84,569 region, where roughly one million BTC had previously changed hands.
The underlying holder base has provided a strong foundation beneath the latest breakout attempt, but sustained demand is required for price to successfully exploit the overhead supply. The MVRV ratio has strengthened vertically following its recent downturn, and similar recoveries have emerged during periods of significant cycle bottoms.
Bitcoin's NVT (Network Value to Transactions) ratio has also declined in the midst of the ongoing recovery, boosting valuation conditions. However, a breakout is not guaranteed, as the RSI has surged to 83.21, indicating an overbought market condition.
