Bitcoin Bulls Eye Rebound as Price Holds Above $76K
The Bitcoin price has held above the $76K horizontal support, and bulls are fighting back to reclaim lost ground. The recent dip from $79K was a correction that didn't quite reach its expected target, suggesting it may have been a fakeout after all. If the bulls succeed in thrusting the price back inside the bull pennant, they will face a crucial decision: break out to the upside and challenge key resistance at $79K, or break down towards $73K or lower.
The daily time frame shows strong momentum building as the price tries to reestablish itself within the bull pennant. The Stochastic RSI indicator lines are finally about to hit bottom, which could help the price climb up to the key overhead resistance. The daily RSI is also looking good for supporting a continuation of the rally, having bounced off a descending trendline that stretches back to November 2024.
In the weekly time frame, a shooting star candle remains at the top of a towering green candle. To negate this bearish signal, the price needs to rise above the top of the upper wick. If the bullish momentum is to continue, it's essential to break out of the bull pennant and overcome key resistance.
