Bitcoin's price has been quietly climbing this month, up by 9% in July. Despite the Federal Reserve's decision not to increase interest rates, AI stocks have continued their decline. The Mag 7 ETF posted its worst day since April 2025 after Alphabet and Tesla reported disappointing earnings, while Korea's KOSPI index fell 16% over two days due to back-to-back circuit breakers.

The market has priced in the downturn early and is carrying less leverage than AI stocks. This reduced exposure may be a structural tailwind for Bitcoin. The SEC's backing of the CLARITY Act also adds support to cryptocurrency, potentially paving the way for increased adoption.
