Bitcoin Corrections Ease, But Rally Size Shrinks
Bitcoin's price corrections are becoming less severe over time, according to recent trends. Initially, major price drops reached about 85% in early cycles, but have since decreased to around 53% in the current cycle.
This shift is attributed to a maturing market with more institutional investors holding Bitcoin, which helps cushion declines. However, the size of price rallies has also shrunk significantly, indicating a compression in Bitcoin's four-year cycle amplitude.
Despite this trend, it's essential to note that the true bottom of the current cycle is not yet confirmed, so future corrections could still deepen.
