Bitcoin Corrects 5% but Experts See Opportunity in Temporary Decline
Bitcoin's price has corrected by around 5%, sparking fears of a prolonged downturn. However, experts argue that this move is entirely normal given the cryptocurrency's recent rally.
In an analysis published on Yellow.com, it was noted that despite Bitcoin's surge from $60,000 to nearly $80,000, the market structure remains bearish unless the $82,000-$84,000 resistance area is broken and consolidated.
The current correction is seen as a retracement after a strong impulse move, rather than a cause for alarm. The $76,000 area has emerged as a key support level, with some experts suggesting that a temporary move below this price could actually be beneficial in the long run.
Institutional demand remains strong, with recent data showing net inflows of approximately $517.2 million and $606.3 million on August 19 and 20, respectively. This suggests that investors are still confident in Bitcoin's prospects.
