Bitcoin Defies ETF Outflows with Steady Price Action
Bitcoin's price remains steady near $65,350 despite a significant downturn in U.S. spot ETF inflows over July 23 and 24, with $465 million flowing out of the market.
This shift could indicate caution from investors due to renewed expectations for tighter Federal Reserve policy and fading optimism surrounding the Clarity Act, according to FalconX senior derivatives trader Ivan Lim.
However, Bitcoin's resilience suggests steady underlying demand. The recent ETF reversal does not confirm whether this is a temporary calm before another move or a sign of changing market dynamics.
Geopolitical developments also added uncertainty to the market, with a pause in tensions between the U.S. and Iran contributing to an improvement in sentiment and supporting risk assets like Bitcoin.
